From March until November training is held at our outdoor facility located south of West Park Secondary School. During the winter season training sessions are held indoors at local schools. The track was originally built in 1994. It is a 400 m rubberized track with 8 lanes and steeple chase pit. We are also have complete lighting for the entire facility, making it ideal for evening events.

PUBLIC ACCESS
The track is open to the public outside of practice hours. Those wishing to use the track must have a shoe tag. If you do not you will asked to purchase a tag or leave. The shoe tag costs $30.00 and are available at Runner's Edge or NOC Clubhouse. The money collected from the sale of shoe tags go towards the cost of maintaining the track.

1. Take the QEW to Exit 49 (406 Port Colbourne/Welland/Thorold)

2. Follow the 406 for approximately 3 kms and take the 4th Avenue Louth (Fourth Ave) Exit

3. Take ramp right

4. Turn Left on Louth (2nd set of lights)

5. Follow Louth for approximately 3 kms to destination on the Left

Follow 406 to County Road-89/Glendale Ave

Turn left on Glendale

Follow Glendale for approximately 3 km

Turn left on Pelham Road

Follow Pelham Road for approximately .5 km

Turn right at Louth Street

Follow Louth for approximately .5 km to destination on the right
